Platters
We pride ourselves in using only the freshest ingredients, under strict food safety standards and full traceability back to the supplier. We pack the platters so that you, the end user gets the benefit of really good value for money. We jam pack our platters, sandwiches etc. We offer a huge range of different types of platters, boards etc. as seen below, but if there is something you want, and we don’t have it; we will get it and put something special together for you.
Our platters will generally feed between 8/10 adults as finger food on average. We suggest this as an average as the client will determine what quantity of platters will be adequate for their functions &, for their guests. Our platters are all served cold, except on special request we can cook on site and serve hot at an additional cost.
If we cannot fill the platter with a certain product we will substitute it with a similar product.

We offer a full range of small & medium sized pizzas, either in a “take home & melt at
home”, or we come and prepare them at your home/venue for the function. We require an
over/microwave if available, if not we will bring microwaves with us.

#We do use Pork meat/products but it is totally dependent on the client to inform us on any
meats, products etc. they do not wish to have on the platters/sandwiches etc.
